When you are ready to hear feedback. Put little reminders in the bulletin, or print out pages for your pews. Ask people to fill out a fun survey with a QR code in the pew. You never know, you might have your next sermon series based upon feedback.

Could boost self-esteem; could cause hair loss - it’s a toss-up really! This may also help with redirecting the next sermon’s focus, paying attention to pastoral care needs, and/or complex topics. It will guide the sermon writer with positive feedback grounding your community in the word and Word (Christ).
